




Capability Transfer Program had completed one year in advance, which widened the thought and creative ability of the staff. Dozens of people gathered in KD program, worked under guide of CBA experts and individual counselor and implemented the program steadily. Basing on the mentality learning, accepting and creating they came into effect all the project from CBA, such as utilizing risk-based auditing method on the bill discounting business, implementation of budget planning and management report. The five new products had been developed in the bank and the loan balance of new products reached 640 million yuan, with a monthly average increase of 51%, and became popular in market. People from both parties communicated with each other intensively. Garry Mackrell, Gruop Executive of CBA had visited our bank for three times within a year. Accompanying with the charging officer, vice mayor of Jinan City, Management Level of our bank visited CBA in Australia. Ten GM of branches visited CBA as well, highleveled administrative leaders and core personnel of business had a professional training in Australia. The cooperation and communication had been deepened.
